1-on-1 Health Coaching (3 sessions)

If a 3 or 6 month program seems overwhelming to commit to, this 3 session option is the perfect way to try out health coaching. You will get three 55 minute sessions with your health coach over a 6 week period.  The primary focus areas will be healthy eating, healthy living, and physical movement.  You will meet with your health coach every two weeks for 6 weeks.  It will feel so good that you will want to schedule more sessions to continue what you have started. Communication of support is available to you at no extra charge and can be through text or email. All goals are personalized with and for YOU.
