1-on-1 Health Coaching (3mo.)

(Virtual or in person)

This "made for you" 3-month program includes six 55-minute sessions. The primary focus areas will be healthy eating, healthy living, and physical movement.  You will meet with your health coach every two weeks for 3 months. Communication of support is available to you at no extra charge and can be through text or email. All goals are personalized with and for YOU.
