1-on-1 Health Coaching (6mo.)

The 6 month program offers twelve 55 minutes sessions that are schedule every two weeks. Together we will work to identify, create, and implement your personalized health goals. We will navigate roadblocks and limiting beliefs that keep you stuck. You will have support from your health coach in between sessions via text or email. As needed support materials will be provided or requested.
