Group Health Coaching

This 6-month program meets for twelve 90 minute sessions. Meetings are scheduled every two weeks.  Group health coaching meets the needs of individuals who want to make lifestyle changes with the support of like-minded people. Group is a safe space for you to explore and create wellness goals that align with what matters to you. Having an accountability partner who gets what you are going through is key to making lifestyle changes sustainable.
